Lasting Impressions: this week’s links

I just have to start by saying that I’ve missed being on this space this week. Sadly, my week can be summed up in one word: Sleepless. I have had to tell myself everyday that it’s okay that I have 8 posts in my “drafts” because I just can’t write well when tired. I have still written and wrestled with words, it’s part of me, but nothing is quite ready.

So even though I haven’t finalized my own thoughts, I still have been reading and gaining insights from others. Here are a few that I think are worth sharing:

A mother, living well in her God-ordained role, is of great beauty and inestimable value to the future history of any generation. :: Sally Clarkson did it again. I’m deeply touched by this post and it’s importance.

Two of my favorite authors shared this post :: 4 Things to Do When You Feel Overwhelmed with Life

7 Ways that Google Calendar Simplifies My Life :: I was inspired to take action right-a-way! Next weekend I’ll give an update on whether or not it makes a difference.

When It Feels Like You Are Missing Your Life :: Jennie Allen is new to me. I found her through a tweet from Tsh Oxenreider.

It’s exciting what they are doing over here :: Online Community (In)couragement Groups, from (in)courage.me {I can’t wait to check them out!}

Here’s a bonus: Can you name the kiddos?

Kids in Exersaucers

    • You got it! It’s amazing how different they all look when side-by-side. 🙂 At least I think they each have their own distinguishing features.
      {Hugs will be yours for sure!}
